Package One 

If you are ready to start cooking right away, this package is for you.  You have immediate access to 15 of Chef Sherimane’s recipes.

Recipe cards complete with a grocery checklist are included to make sure you have everything you need to start your delicious Plant-Powered journey.  In addition, students have access to the Private Plant Powered Shift FaceBook group.

Package Two

The Journey Begins 

In this 3-month group program, students begin to break free from unhealthy habits that sabotage their lives.  They will gain the confidence they need in the 3 months that we are together to begin the journey toward a healthier life. 

Weight loss, a clearer mind a new cooking skill, healthier children or family members, and a different intentional approach to their lives can all be results of this healthy journey.  The program also includes access to the 15 recipes, recipe cards & checklists that are in the Bootcamp.

Package Three

Mastermind

In our Mastermind coaching sessions, we will discuss your goals, vision, and mindset toward food and eating.  I will teach you how to read labels, redo your pantry and cook delicious plant-powered meals.  Most importantly at the end of our 16 weeks together you will be better prepared to confidently move forward towards better health. 

 

This is a 4-month individual coaching program.  It includes the 15 recipes, recipe cards and checklists that are in the Veggie Bootcamp, all the content from The Journey Begins in addition to weekly individual Q&A, pantry/refrigerator redo, and 30 additional recipes.

Vegan Communities

According to the Vegan Society... "veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms, it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals."

 

Our Vegan Community provides the students with a deep dive on the vegan for health, began for Animals, and vegan for the environment communities.
