Plant-Powered Shift members have the opportunity to discuss their goals, vision, and mindset as they work toward better food choices and eating habits.  Members are taught how to read labels, redo their pantry and cook delicious plant-powered meals.  Most importantly, they are better prepared to confidently move forward towards a healthier lifestyle and better overall health and well-being.
